WINDOW CLEANING

We’ll give you a call to let you know when we’ll be arriving at your home. Our team travels in clearly marked ClearPro vehicles, so you’ll know what to look out for.

After we pull up to your home, we’ll greet you at the door, and meet with you to go over the work we’ll be doing and any of our recommendations. If you have questions or special requests, just let us know.

On every project, every time, we do a quick pre-clean check to determine what tools we’ll need, what safety precautions we need to take, and what is the best way to clean your windows.

We’ll start by cleaning the tracks, brushing them and vacuuming them out. We’ll wipe down the window frames and remove any cobwebs that have gathered on them.

We use a special tool to carefully remove your screens. We offer a premium screen service where we wash the screens with a special enzyme solution that cleans without damaging.

Anytime we’re in your home, our techs wear special protective shoe covers. We use an eco-friendly and safe window cleaner—paired with a t-bar scrubber and a squeegee—to clean your glass.

We pay special attention to avoid any dripping, and we’ll carefully (with two hands!) move any household items in the way, and move them back after we’ve finished.

This part of the job ends with a locked window that’s clean on the inside.

We then clean the outside of the windows. We use our eco-friendly and tint-safe window cleaner for this work, and clean the entire window thoroughly with a squeegee, t-bar scrubber, and other tools, as needed.

The outside of your windows typically have a buildup of dust, grime, and other pollutants. We take special care to safely remove this buildup.

Finally, we dry everything off with our lint-free surgical towels for a streak-free finish.

While we’re cleaning your windows, our technicians will also be keeping a trained eye out for any problems. This can include hard water damage, cracked or chipped glass, or issues with dual-pane windows.

Any and all potential issues, or things to keep an eye on in the future, will be reported to you. This inspection is free, and comes with all window cleaning work.

Now that the windows have been cleaned, it’s time for us to check our work and make sure nothing was missed. Your glass windows should be perfectly clean. Tracks and frames should be clean. Sills should be clean. There should be no drips inside your home. Everything, both inside and outside of your home, will be put back just as we found it.

Once we’ve verified that our work is complete, we’ll meet with you and review the scope of work and any issues we found during our courtesy inspection.

We’ll then present you with a printed invoice and accept payment.

We pride ourselves in our quality assurance procedures. However, if you do find something not to your liking after we’ve left, please give us a call immediately. We’ll work out a time, at your earliest convenience, for us to return and remedy the situation.

The day after we’ve cleaned your windows, our team will give you a call to confirm that everything looks great with your windows, and that there aren’t any problems.
